Hi Michal, I think you give perfect examples of why it's not wise to pay much attention to NLP - it's all very subjective, individual, etc. Also, I agree masterclass.com is not science, no argument there.
You ask how we measure if a practice or tool is scientifically true - that is quite simple: if you describe exactly what you do, with hundreds or thousands of individuals, show the results, and let others repeat your experiment around the world a thousand times over to see if they get the same results, that's called science. People do it every day, around the world, they're called scientists.
I think we agree for the most part, maybe not in how much attention one should pay to NLP tools. (With the stress on "pay"...)
