Team Health: Roles & Responsibilities

Our Agile Scrum team is built on a clear foundation of defined roles and shared responsibility. We have a dedicated, full-time Product Owner who maintains focus on delivering maximum value and making sure priorities are always aligned with stakeholder needs. Alongside the Product Owner, our full-time Scrum Master ensures that the team remains aligned with Agile principles, facilitating processes and helping remove impediments.
